Irrational Beings (geno a.) is an artist and arts administrator who has worked around the U.S. for over two decades. He has been lucky to intern or work on staff at five Tony Award-winning theater companies, be a guest speaker at Oregon State University, be a DJ at a pirate radio station, and consult on the arts and inclusion. He also received civic and leadership training through the Chambers of Commerce in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon. He was chosen as a grantee by Theatre Communications Group for their Rising Leaders of Color program, which was co-sponsored by the Mellon Foundation and Disney. He has degrees in Arts & Humanities and Social & Behavioral Sciences
